Get into Cottagecore, a 1930s bungalow featuring a wide front porch perfect for morning coffee or sunset local brews. Inside original built-ins are filled with colorful collectibles alongside my collection of art. Feed your creativity by avoiding chain motels & staying at an original. Located 2 miles from JMU. Dogs welcome! $20 per dog A curated space balancing stylish furniture, clean new bedding, with lots of vintage collectables, eye candy, books and an ever evolving art display. The kitchen is stocked with spices, cute dishes and very nice cutlery. Big TV and a comfy couch for those who want to relax. Outdoor spaces include a big front porch to watch the sunset and a backyard to play with your four legged friends. The guests can access the entire first floor unit, the front and back porch and the driveway on the left side of the house. Access to laundry is through the basement door in the kitchen. Feel free to text me. We are located at the end of a residential neighborhood where it transitions to some adjacent commercial areas (a church is next door and an auction house is across the street). The neighborhood is very safe and located on the south side of Harrisonburg, near Hillandale Park and several shopping centers. There is a charming Food Truck park nearby along with Mr J's Bagels, the best place for a quick breakfast, If you need something from a store, Food Lion is a couple blocks away and there is a WalMart about a mile down route 42. We are 30 minutes from Massanutten, 5 minutes from JMU as well as a quick 5 minute drive to the downtown area. The city bus stop is nearby in case you want to take advantage.
