The second floor space is accessible through the main entry but the upstairs apartment can be closed off. Graham is a small town in NC situated between two larger urban areas. Tara is only five blocks from the downtown area which has a movie theater, several nice local restaurants, shops and nightlife. Downtown Graham is within walking distance but there are plenty of public spaces to park, without charge, if you prefer to drive. You can bring your own food. Pets are allowed if properly supervised or crated when not attended. Since I have multiple dogs, cats are not allowed outside the rented space for their own safety.
