Horizon with river view

A unique location on a bluff overlooking the st.laurence river where the ferry runs across to Riviere de loup and near the whale watching when lucky can see from your balcony The building consist of 10 units ( I live in #10) all units have there own locked door and either one or two beds and a fridge , tv, coffee pot and private shower with a hairdryer. There is a large parking lot with plenty of room for cars , trucks or a mobile home even ski doo parking in the winter On highway 138 The space has a table and chairs and a desk as well as a clothes cupboard Since I live in the building I am available for questions etc there is a phone in the room to contact me or free local calls A tourist area so has hiking, a beach , fishing, whale watching and lots of river views There is a restaruant next door and a few snack bars , a bank , a supermarket ..gaz station and even a hardware store all walkable or a short three minute drive
