Beautiful private room in new home

Welcome, I am an experienced host who recently purchased a new home, and I am excited to offer my space once again. This beautiful guest room with private bathroom is located in a new 3 bedroom home situated in a quiet neighborhood close to major freeways, shopping, & National Parks. I offer amazing amenities, use of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, office space, & beautiful backyard w/ patio. I know during this time it can be concerning to share a space. Please rest assured, I am committed to enhanced cleaning for your safety and peace of mind. I clean the entire home with hospital grade cleaners from top to bottom. I also offer sanitizer wipes and spray for you to utilize during your stay. Brand new masks are also available in should you feel you need them while enjoying activities outside the home or in public areas. Your private room offers a comfortable queen sized bed with a new pillow top mattress, flat screen with Netflix, Hulu, and Cable, and a mini fridge for you convenience. You will also have a private bathroom with complementary toiletries and new plush towels. Please note bathroom is not attached to suite. It is however only for your use and not shared. During your stay you will also have access to the following: -Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator, and microwave -Newley furnished living room with large flat screen TV offering Cable, Netflix, and Hulu -Full dining room with seating -Office with workspace -Beautiful large backyard with patio and seating Upon booking guest will receive full detailed instructions on how to enter the home. I currently work in a secure lock down facility, so I have designated an offsite property manager to be available to take calls and answer questions during my work hours. If I am not working I am readily available. My home is centrally located in a very quite and safe neighborhood. Close to major shopping centers offering restaurants, coffee, and retail stores. If you are visiting the Sequoias, my home is a pleasant and quick 45 minute drive away. Also close to major freeways (2 min drive), the Amtrak station (5 Min drive), and Fresno Airport (40 Min drive) My home is located within 2 minutes of the major freeway. It is approximately 40 minutes from Fresno Airport and 5 minutes from the Amtrak station. Hanford also offers Uber and local buses.
