Large Studio - Occasional Free Food

My large home is within a few blocks of most amenities. The main town of Wheaton is about 1 mile. You’ll love this very large studio due to it's queen bed, couches, wifi, TV w/ cable, desk and private washer/dryer. It is a fairly quiet house. I have a large patio / firepit, deck, hot tub, fenced yard and front porch if you need some extra privacy. Anyone who has ever seen it flips out. Our place is also great for business people, college students etc. Occasional free food is Included! All utilities included plus cable TV (television provided) and (private) high speed internet. Studio includes a queen sized bed, large closet, desk and couches. Shared area includes furnished kitchen (appliances, cookware, plates etc...), full bath and your own private laundry (all separate from the main owner). Ample parking. The entire suite including your own private washer and dryer, plus shared kitchen and bath with my 18 y/o sone on the other side. He is very friendly, outgoing and fun. He is also available if you need help with or have questions about anything. I live on the upper 2 floors and will always be available to answer any questions in order to make your stay comfortable. Very friendly neighborhood with two parks. Very close (within walking distance) to parks, restaurants, shops, drug stores, banks etc..... Easy access to the Interstate highway and a short drive to Chicago, the train station or the airport. I've lived in the neighborhood for over 20 years, know the Chicagoland area extremely well and can offer some great tips if needed.
