The Olde Library Inn in Downtown Ridgefield

Our building has three apartments available for groups or larger parties. Works well for retreats, small parties and events with multiple guests. The building has two studio apartments and one 1 bedroom apartment. There are no common shared spaces between the apartments (suites) however many of our groups will use the living room area of the 1 bd apartment to gather indoors. Outdoors offers a covered front porch for gathering and apx 4000sf side yard space with patio, bbq, tables and chairs. Rental of building is for three apartments and large yard outdoor space: 1 Bedroom Suite Apartment with King Bed + Queen Sofa Bed in Living Room Studio Suite Apartment with Queen Bed - no pets allowed Studio Suite Apartment with Queen Bed - pets welcomed Each apartment has private bathroom and small kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, sink) All apartments are accessed by key code door locks. Free parking is available on the street + 3 parking spaces available behind our building from alley access Located in Downtown Ridgefield across from Overlook Park, walkable to dining, shopping and local shuttle The Current with stops at ilani Casino 2 bikes are available to guests Beautiful Downtown Ridgefield across from Overlook Park and walkable to dining, shopping and 3 additional parks. Short distance to Lake River waterfront, ilani Casino, amphitheater, Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge, Raptors Baseball field, wineries, golfing, fishing and kayaking. Camper trailers are allowed in back parking lot for guests taking a break during their travels or for larger parties that need a bit more sleeping room. Street parking allows room for RV parking.
