Guest room with queen bed and full private bath

This is the guest room in our family house. The guest room is on the main level and the 4 remaining bedrooms are upstairs. The guest room has a queen bed and a full private granite bathroom right next to the guest bedroom. There are no stairs between the driveway and the guest room or private bath. Our house is near Baxter Village and only a 40 minute drive from the Charlotte airport. Our house is in a beautiful new neighborhood (built 2014) and located on a quite cul-de-sac. It is bright, clean, homey, and relaxing. The kitchen is available for use as a shared space. We have 2 refrigerators and an ice maker we are happy to share. Guest can relax in their own space or interact with me and my family if desired. Our house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Only a 30 minute drive to the Charlotte Airport and Billy Graham Library. Baxter Village, and numerous shopping and dinning options are available nearby. Parking is available on our driveway only steps away from our front door. We have a family dog (yellow lab mix). She is sweet and well trained, but we want our guests to be informed in case they have any dog allergies.
