Charming Rowayton farmhouse close to beaches!

This charming farmhouse is located in the beautiful New England seaside village of Rowayton . It is bounded on one side by the Long Island Sound and the other by a tidal inlet . Here you can explore the beautiful public beaches along the coastline in CT . You are also a 5 minute drive from town and the Rowayton train station running into New York City . Some of the great amenities in town include sailing, tennis, outdoor yoga , and even Shakespeare in the Park ! This charming farmhouse is located in a beautiful seaside coastal town of Rowayton , CT. We have just completed an entire home renovation which includes a new kitchen with all new appliances . There are also two newly renovated full bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor of our home . There is a beautiful mature landscaped yard with incredible cedar trees, rhododendrons, hibiscus, blue hydrangeas , Montauk daisies , daffodils and numerous other flowers and trees in bloom . You will have full access to the outdoor yard with gas grill ,outdoor table, chairs and umbrella . There is also a brand new washer and dryer on the first floor for your use during your stay . The Rowayton village and the train station to NYC is 5 minutes away. There are many cultural events ,sailing , bike rentals, boating charters as well as Shakespeare in the park . You will have complete access to entire home . (1st and 2nd floor) The basement will not be available for access . Rowayton is a charming seaside village that is within 5 min drive , or 15 min walk from our home . There are fantastic local restaurants , boating charters , and even Shakespeare in the Park during the summer season . You can also rent your own kayaks , sailboats, and bikes all nearby. There is Rowayton Market with gourmet prepared foods and grocery staples . Rowayton Seafood is a great local seafood restaurant . For more extensive food shopping , Stop and shop and Whole Foods are 6 min away .! Rowayton village is very close to our home , just a short 5 minute drive to town . There is parking available for 2 cars in the driveway at the house . Also the Rowayton train station is 5 min away
