The Tipi at June Farms

The Tipi at June Farms has been used specifically for the owner and staff, but has recently been opened up for guests to enjoy also! It has an extremely comfortable luxury king size mattress, electricity, and air conditioning. The Tipi has it's own separate driveway for your convenience, and a very short walk to our very nice bathroom and shower house. If you would like transportation to/from the tipi to the bathhouse/restrooms, you can rent a golf cart or a "Mule". Ask Matt for details! To book for just one night, visit the contact on our IG Page. ! The serenity of the woods will give you peace and quiet, but the nearby Pony Barn is only a short walk away for a fun night out. Check with us, first, though if you are expecting the Pony Barn to be open because the seasonal bar and restaurant may be closed for a Private Event during your stay. When you stay at June Farms, you will be able to walk around the farm and visit with all of our farm animals! You will never need to pay admission to the farm, and we can help you out with table reservations at The Pony Barn. Please check out our website to see when our Pony Barn Bar/Restaurant is open! Typically all of our Airbnb cabins are self check in. Under very rare circumstances do we need to physically meet you in person for check in. If you are having trouble understanding how to check in, please reach out to us and we can help you! Your "neighborhood" is a 120 acre stunning livestock farm with rolling hills, wooded trails and enough happy farm animals to make even the crankiest individual smile from ear to ear :) If you need grocers, there are 2 grocery stores within 1-5 miles away. If you need fine dining, we have you covered. Albany & Troy are only a short drive from June Farms and will not disappoint you for dining and drinks. For suggestions such as hiking, fishing or swimming, please (Hidden by Airbnb) those activities for better results. Most people drive, but there is Uber / Lyft. The Albany Amtrak station is less than 10 minutes away from the farm. PLEASE NOTE: There is no proper heating source and the fire does not keep it warm. We do have an electric heating blanket, plenty of duvets, and a small space heater. There is no bathroom in the Tipi. The bathroom / shower house is a short walk from the Tipi, located near the parking lot by the main barn. To get to the bathroom, either drive your vehicle back to Parker Rd. and take a left. Turn down our main June Farms driveway and park behind the restrooms in the parking lot. (The bathrooms are the small red barn with the 3 wooden doors, and 2 gas lanterns on the front). You can also just walk down the hill and stay to the right, along the path, and you will reach the bathroom. A 3 minute walk.
