Dragonfly Dreams is a 3-bedroom house located in the center of the Finger Lakes Region, between Keuka and Seneca Lakes. This is 1 of 3 Airbnb listings. Within a short drive, you can enjoy Wine & Beer Trails, Hiking at State Parks, Farm & Craft Market, WGI Race Track, Museums, family-friendly activities, and more. You’ll enjoy my place because of the the location, high ceilings, 1878 Victorian ambiance, quiet and spacious rooms good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. As a guest at Dragonfly Dreams, you will have access to each room pictured within the listing. I will be available to assist you in your travels (shopping, dining, activities, etc.). Quiet, small historic village. Relax in the back yard ~ listen to the waterfalls of the garden (Koi) pond. Nightlife is found in neighboring towns (Watkins Glen, Penn Yan, Geneva). Off street parking is available for 3 vehicles. Both full bathrooms are shared. New York State requires that I collect 8% sales tax and Yates County requires I collect a 4% occupancy (bed) tax. At the present time, AIrbnb is unable to collect these additional fees for me. With that said, I will personally be charging and collecting 12%, payable via check or cash at check out.
