Catskill Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is a newly renovated modern guest house located at the end of a quiet mountain road with plenty of rustic charm. It sits on 5.25 acres surrounded by mountain views and 125 acres of protected state land. Enjoy the deck with a charcoal grill, outdoor dining table, and lounge chairs. You will also have access to a private fire pit and serene pond with a floating dock. With four hundred square feet the club house has all you need for a peaceful getaway. A cozy wood burning stove, queen sized bed, leather furniture, and a spacious bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen with all clad cookware has everything you need to prepare and serve delicious meals. My second home is on this property so I'm usually there a few times a month. If I'm not on property I am always available by phone. There are so many special things about this area. Multiple hiking trails and lakes nearby, organic farms open year round, coffee shops and restaurants, and two major ski resorts all within a 10 mile radius. The best way to get around these mountains is to drive. There are some cab companies as well. 5 miles to Hunter Mountain, 9 miles to Windham Mountain, 5 miles to downtown Tannersville, 3 miles to Deer Mountain Inn, 3 miles to Colgate Lake.
