Stays of a week or longer are discounted, as are "last minute" bookings. The first floor of the house includes a front parlor (living room), a den (reading room) with a queen sleep sofa, a full bathroom, a first floor bedroom with a queen bed, a fully equipped new kitchen, and a large family room. Adjacent the family room is a large screened porch facing the large rear yard. The second floor of the house comprises the large master bedroom with a king bed and the master bathroom.
