Welcome, Traveling Professionals!!! This lovely, 3 bedroom home is located conveniently on Route 30. It is only 5 miles from the heart of Gettysburg and 19 miles to Chambersburg. This private bedroom can accommodate 1 guest with its queen size bed, and features an in suite half bath as well as a smart TV. Cut down on costs by buying your own groceries and cooking in the shared kitchen, and save yourself a trip to the laundromat by utilizing the on site laundry. You will also have access to a shared living room with its own smart TV, a full bath, kitchen and a covered deck. Each bedroom door is fitted with its own keypad for your security. We understand that finding the right housing can be difficult for the growing number of traveling professionals. Let us cater to you, in making your trip to Gettysburg as easy as possible. We’ll take care of the cable and internet bills, while you spend your time working, sightseeing or relaxing. Weekly cleanings are also provided for the shared areas. For your convenience the host provides the following: Toilet Paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, dish soap, sponges, laundry detergent, all bath towels and bedding, pillows, cleaning supplies If you’re interested in renting more than one bedroom, please check our other listings for availability. Parking is located right next to the building you’ll be staying at, provided at no extra cost to you. I live five miles away, so if you need me I am close by but I do not live on site. For the sake of courtesy and respecting everyone sharing the space with you, please: - Hang all wet towels in your bedroom - Clean up after yourself in the kitchen, including your dirtied dishes - Tidy up the bathroom when you are done with it - No loud noise after 10pm - No overnight guest from 10pm-6am
