Charming on Chestnut

A cozy, newly renovated home in the quaint city of Oak Hill. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood only a few miles from the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, ACE Adventure Resort, Needleseye Bouldering Park, Historical Fayetteville, and Summit Bechtel National Scout Reserve. And only a little further is Winterplace Ski Resort (a quick 20 minute drive). Just 2 blocks from our city rail trail and park! Very close to local restaurants and breweries as well! Everything you need for a simple stay. Cozy and minimal but an open concept makes it feel very spacious! There is free street parking in the front, and a driveway for up to three cars on the back street. There is a water hose in the basement if needed. Please let us know if you need anything for a more comfortable stay or if there is a problem. Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. There are some dogs next door that will greet you with a bark but they are in a fenced yard. If you are planning to bring a pet, please be aware that there is an additional pet fee for cleaning. We will send an additional invoice of $40 to you upon confirmation.
