There is so much to love about this charming little house! It was built in 1905 and has many original features such as 11ft ceilings, hardwood floors and multiple built in fireplaces. Yet it also has a few modern day updates such as the fully stocked, island kitchen; the best of both worlds! You can enjoy your morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch and grill dinner under the string lights on the back deck where we have a cute, fenced in back yard! Just make yourself at home! This is a central location in a quit neighborhood, only a couple miles from anything major in Waycross such as the hospital, the Ware County Stadium, groceries, shopping and restaurants . We live in the neighborhood so anything you need please just let us know! We are ready to accommodate if you have little ones, please let us know if you need a pack and play and/or a high chair! We are pet friendly! However, we do charge a reasonable pet fee, so if you plan to bring your fur baby please let me know when you book so I can set that up for you. If we find that you have a pet on the property that we are not made aware of there will be an additional fee. Please do not plan to have parties, reunions, get togethers or visits of any kind with guest that you do not include in the number of guest you schedule the stay for. **However our goal is to always accommodate to the best of our ability, so if you are planning to have a gathering of any kind, please reach out to me ahead of time, we would like to consider this sort of thing on an individual basis with you. If it is found that you have extra guest that we are not aware of on the property there will be an additional fee.
