Traditional home with a contemporary feel. Bedroom with lock and private bathroom. Have use of kitchen, laundry, WIFI, and living room. Dollar Store and Walmart grocery store less than a mile away. Target, Walmart, restaurants and shopping less than 2 miles away. The home is just minutes away from 565, Research Blvd, and I-65. It’s 10 miles from Toyota Plant and Kolier, and convenient to Browns Ferry Plant. Guest are free to use kitchen, laundry room, dining and living room. You will have your own private room and private bathroom. Your also welcome to the coffee station and meals when they are offered to you. Kitchen, laundry room, dining, and living room I am available by phone and text. I do interact with guest briefly but I will also give you plenty of space. Quite country neighborhood but convenient to Walmart grocery store and Dollar Store. There is also shopping Super Walmart, Target, Marshall’s, Outback, T. J. Maxx, and tons of restaurants 5 minutes away. Use your GPS and there’s free parking at the house I have a very clean and quite home. This is not the place to stay for a party. Your free to drink alcohol just as long as you know how to hold your liquor. Smoking is permitted on the front porch and back patio.
