Located on Main St it's not far from various restaurants and all Watford City has to offer. Includes smart TV's, high speed internet, bedding, towels, pots, pans, silverware, and dishware. All utilities included and washer and dryer in unit! The unit is very spacious with large bedrooms and generous closets! Available for long term or short term stays. Our space is also pet friendly, however, we do charge a $350 pet fee PER pet (non-refundable)! This apartment is located on the first floor. Although our unit does have A/C it is not central A/C. The wall unit is located in the living area of the apartment and not in any of the bedrooms. If you're staying in the summer months, leaving your A/C on and bedroom doors open will help with cooling the entire apartment. Important: Guests to make NO changes or additions to the property. This includes the interior and exterior of the building and unit itself. If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened.
