Family Home perfect for large gathering

Welcome to our house on Kings Lane! This location is ideal for larger gatherings all under one roof. In the summer, because of the large surrounding trees, it has the feel of being in the country while being close to numerous city attractions! This house is our full-time residence, but we remove most of our personal items to secure storage and thoroughly clean and sanitize the house prior to every stay. The wide-open kitchen/dining room/fireplace room can accommodate a large number of people for meals. We have extra tables and chairs ready for larger groups. The living room and downstairs game room are great hang out spots. There are numerous yard games available and a nice patio complete with a campfire ring. The surrounding paved trails are a wonderful and relaxing way to explore the area. You'll have access to the whole house unless otherwise indicated. I'll be reachable via phone during your stay. This area is surrounded by mature oak trees that provide lots of shade in the summer. Paved trails run right by our house and connect to the surrounding neighborhoods and parks. There is a large commercial area less than five minutes away that includes stores such as Target, Home Depot, McDonalds, Kohls, Chipotle, Starbucks, etc.
