This 115 year-old farmhouse has been completely renovated to add comfort and convenience. Inside you'll find two bedrooms--one with a King-size bed, the other with a Queen-size bed are on opposite sides of the house to add privacy. The inside sun porch has a Daybed with a pop-up trundle to make sleeping for six. One bathroom contains the original clawfoot tub with a hand-held shower sprayer, and the other bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The living room and dining room are in the center of the open floor plan, while the full kitchen is separated from the dining room by a granite-topped bar. A washer and dryer are provided for guest's convenience. With an inviting front porch and large back wood deck, the house has fantastic spots to sit and relax--inside and out. The roomy fenced back yard is just right for a dog, children or the whole family to explore and play. The front door has a keypad lock. Type the code and turn the knob to the left. To lock the door from the outside, type the code and turn the knob to the right. Check-in is anytime after 3:00 pm, and check-out is 12 noon.
