Bring your Boat, Jet Ski, Canoe or Kayak and enjoy the beauty on Lake Weir. We are walking distance to Gator Joe's Restaurant, 3 miles to Carney Island & 7 miles to Eaton's Beach Restaurant. Stay with us and enjoy home away from home! No Pets, however, kennels & pet care are in the area. No large gatherings on Property. Close to beach and Gator Joe's Restaurant Guests have private access to the entire living space of the home. No inside garage parking. We are available during the stay! Close to the Villages, Belleview and Ocala, Florida Park in the front yard. No carport or garage. No Smoking in cottage. Host will text you the code to property an hour before check-in. Check-in time is 4:00PM and Check-Out is 11:00AM. No large gatherings or parties. House Rules are located on the refrigerator.
