Come stay at the cutest house in Maple City, Mi-the Trading Post. Wine! Whiskey! Lake Michigan-yes please! We are 25 mins from Traverse City, 10 mins from Glen Arbor, 6 mins from Lake Michigan, 20 mins from the Sleeping Bear sand dunes and 20 mins from an abundance of wineries!! We are right around the block from a brewery and conveniently located across from a pizza and sandwich shop and gas station. We hope your love our home as much as we do! Come stay, relax, eat, drink and be merry! You have access to the entire house. Please feel free to reach out to us by phone-calls or texts. Across the street there is a gas station which has snacks and boozy beverages. The Pegtown Station has yummy pizza, sandwich and breakfast for you to enjoy. The Broomstack Kitchen and Taphouse is right around the corner. There you can enjoy wonderful food, drinks, live music, curling classes and yoga! Check out the Bohemian Lavender Farm right down the street. It’s a stunning place to visit. Pack a picnic lunch and pick a handful of lavender. There is a canoe/kayak drop in site close by at the Cedar River Preserve- spend the day kayaking or paddle boarding and enjoy the sites of the river. This eventually leads you out to Lake Leelanau. Enjoy hiking!? Many incredible spots to adventure on including the TART trail and the insanely beautiful trail at Pyramid Point in Maple City. There is a bus stop conveniently located right around the corner at the Maple City Lions club. This bus line can take you into Traverse, Sutton’s Bay, Glen Arbor- make it a day, drink some wine and safely get home! We ask that you make yourself at home. Please remove your shoes when inside. No pets or smoking allowed. Please kindly clean up after yourself before heading home. Lastly, come back soon!
