ROOM FOR 8 + !

We are on the south edge of Aberdeen, yet close to everything, nestled on five acres, hosting 2-30 deer in our woods at any given time! We make available exclusive to you the entire 3000 sq. ft. lower level of our home consisting of 3 bedrooms (4 queen beds and one twin), 1 bath, a laundry room, full kitchen, living room with leather reclining furniture, 50" TV, 9' pool table, ping pong, air hockey and foosball tables. Guests over 8 (up to 11 on airbeds) are $10/person/night, OR We also have a sun room available with two more comfy queen beds that can be added for an additional $50/night + $25 cleaning fee for total capacity of 15 (but be aware, only ONE bathroom). Importantly, beds are higher end pillowtops for the most part and sleep very comfortably! We offer off-street parking and private access through our garage and down a stairway. No smoking and pets are not allowed, except hunting dogs can be kenneled in our heated garage for an additional $10/night to cover heat. NOTE: ADDITIONAL $5 ADMIN. FEE IS TO COVER SOME CITY AND STATE TAXES THAT VRBO DOES NOT COLLECT.
