Private lower level suite with garage space

Private bed and bath in lower level of Shoreview townhome. Near shopping, restaurants and freeways. About 10 miles from Minneapolis or St. Paul. Queen sized bed in bedroom, private family room equipped with refrigerator, freezer, cooking items, gas fireplace, 50 inch tv and more. Parking in garage if car fits. Expect visits from our cat, Gracie. See captions on photos for more info. You park and enter through garage, go down short hall and through pocket door to enter into the family room for a private lower level suite. Includes cozy bedroom that has a dresser and clothes rack, small bathroom next door and family room with many kitchen amenities. (Refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig and coffee, toaster oven, George Forman, airfryer, hot plate). Shared laundry room is also downstairs. Enter through the garage for stair free access. We live upstairs but will give you a garage door opener to use during your stay. There is a keypad on garage to get in if we are not home to check you in. We can give you a code if needed. Let us know if you need an earlier check in time. We may be able to accommodate. We love to meet new people but respect your privacy. If you like cats then you will enjoy Gracie who loves attention from guests! BEWARE, she knows how to open doors and will invite herself in so keep your door locked if you don't want a visit from her. Please let us know if you plan to do laundry so we can coordinate. If you ever need anything or have questions, let us know. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. The townhouse is on a dead end road. Close to 694 and 35W. Some shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Some stores and restaurants are in walking distance. Target and many othes are 4 miles away. Uber or Lyft usually close by. 30 minute drive to airport. If you do not return the garage door opener you will be charged a $30 fee. Note, there is no parking available other than the garage or driveway. Parking on the space adjacent to yard is not allowed by association. We will do our best to be quiet but the place is small and sound travels in living areas. Bedroom is a quiet place.
