The apartment is located on a gated property approximately 10 miles north of Greenville, Texas and an hour outside of the DFW Metroplex. We are nestled amongst 10 acres of woods and pasture. The apartment is located on the second floor of a detached building next to the main house on the property. This fully-furnished one-bedroom home includes a full size kitchen, living room, queen bedroom, en suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. The home encompasses 850 sq. ft of living space overlooking the woods from a balcony deck. Heat and AC is climate controlled for each room of the apartment by remote controls located in the living room and bedroom. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom as well, and tankless water heaters provide a stream of continuous hot water for the apartment. Other amenities include, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, iron, and a KitchenAid Mixer. Access the property through the main driveway gate (code provided before check in). The apartment is at the end of the driveway, through the blue door and up the stairs. Parking is free, but uncovered. Kevin & Rene’ are your on-site hosts, along with two cats, two dogs and two horses. They live on the property in the main house and are available if needs arise during your stay. Rental car agency is 15 miles from the house. Great walking roads and a walking/bike path in Celeste. Please note that the garages and the main house are not part of the rental listing. Also be aware that we live in the country and there is wildlife all around, including the two cats that live outside on the property and two horses in the back pasture. Please feel free to enjoy the full 10 acres, as it is all walkable but refrain from walking directly around the main house on the property to respect the owners' privacy. Finally, because we are in the country and the house has a metal roof, sometimes the wifi can slow down a bit. It is strong enough to stream videos and work from home but sometimes storms make it go in and out. It’s a rare occurrence though.
