Our beautiful house is situated close to the downtown area and walking distance from SLU. Perfect for a family, it has renovated kitchens and bathrooms, a large deck, and a beautiful living space. In cold months, the rustic wood stove comes in handy. Our victorian has high ceilings and beautiful woodwork. Downstairs includes a bright living room with mid century design, a fully equipped kids pkayroom, a comfortable media den, an open concept kitchen, a spacious dining room and a large mud room. In warm months, guests also have access to a 250 sq foot deck. There is both a massive woodstove and a stone fascade chimney. Upstairs are 4 bedroom, one with a walk in closet, and two newly renovated bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a walkin shower. We live on a cul de sac in the village. Perfect for alumni weekends, we are a short 5 min walk from the Saint Lawrence Univ campus.
