The Third Floor of the Guest House

This apartment is up two flights of stairs but it is large, sunny and spacious with lots of seating to relax or entertain. The extra large bathroom is newly renovated and has a wonderful old tub and a roomy shower. We are next to The Historic Masonic Theater and Amphitheater and close to Clifton Forge School of the Arts, Allegheny Arts & Crafts Center, Douthat State Park &The C&O Heritage Center. There is on street parking in front. We have WIFI access and plenty of table space to get work done. This space includes the entire third floor which consists of two bedrooms, a large bathroom and an entertainment/eating space. Guests can park on the street. Parking is limited weekdays from 9 to 5. The entire downtown is accessible by foot. I am always available for phone or text and will do my best to be available in person if wanted. We are right in downtown Clifton Forge. Near restaurants including Jack Mason’s Tavern & Brewery, Cafe Michel, The 42 Deli, Michael’s Pizza and coffee shops including Cafe Museo and The Way. The Historic Masonic Theater is next door, Clifton Forge School of the Arts is one street over and the Alleghany Arts and Crafts Center is down the street. This is a railroad town and the C & O Heritage Center is a short walk. Douthat State Park is 7 miles away and The Homestead Resort is a short scenic drive. There is plenty of hiking, biking, kayaking and canoeing with the Jackson and Cow Pasture rivers close by. A drive in any direction will enchant the senses with breathtaking scenery of mountains and unspoiled nature. Most things in town are a walkable distance. Parking is just outside on the street.
