Pet friendly bungalow

Great 2 bedroom bungalow in the cute city of Allen Park. Conveniently located near major expressways: I-75, I-94 and the Southfield freeway. Close to bars, restaurants and the airport. Backyard is great for sitting and relaxing in a quiet neighborhood. Local parks are also in walking distance Detroit is a 20 minute drive. Airport is a 20 minute drive House is equipped with a stocked kitchen: utensils, pots & pans, condiments, coffee maker and other kitchen essentials. Basement has a stationary bike, yoga mat, workout ball and a tv to enjoy while you exercise. Dog friendly = one dog 50 pound max. - The property is NOT fenced in - Our neighbors also have dogs, some are territorial. It is the pet owners responsibility to keep your animal safe and on the property. We do have a 25ft lease that you are welcome to use. We typically tie to to a tree. - Pet must be treated with flea/tick topical at least 48 hours prior to stay. - Dogs are not permitted on the beds or furniture. You will be charged an additional cleaning fee if we find evidence that animal was on either - You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. There is a garbage can outside for this. Enjoy full access of the house, basement and fenced in backyard. We are available by phone but will not be on the premises Local bars and restaurants in walking distance. Coffee house right down town (also walkable on a nice day). Lots of amazing restaurants and shopping downtown Detroit only a 20 drive away. There is a high chair and pack and play available in the house.
