Southwestern private stay

This quaint and stylish basement apartment is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and minutes to some of the four corners favorite attractions, including Natural Bridges, Valley of the God's, Arches, goosnecks, and more. With a bathroom, bedroom with a full sized bed, living room with a roku (with connections to Netflix, Disney+, and more) and a kitchenette, you are set for a comfortable stay. We provide coffee, tea, and a snack. We live upstairs with a toddler who makes occassional noise. The space is cozy and stylish. The bedroom is very large with enough space to blow up an air mattress (one is provided) without stumbling over your luggage. The bathroom is always clean with a great shower. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, hot plate, keurig coffee maker, and a sink! kayaks rentals upon request. Guests have access to the whole basement, minus my office which is on the other side of the barn wood doors (I have my own entrance). We are open to taking guests to see things if needed! small, quiet neighborhood that takes pride in their community with maintained lawns and clean streets. fresh air with virtually no air pollution, and minimal light pollution allowing for excellent star gazing. You will need a car! No public transit of any kind here and we are very isolated from everything We live upstairs and have a toddler. Therefore, we can’t guarantee complete silence.
