Keyed lock on each bedroom door, smoke detector in every bedroom, several carbon monoxide detectors throughout home. Keurig coffepot in common area, zero water filter pitcher in fridge. Variety of spices available to use when utilizing well-equipped kitchen for meals. Since this is a shared space, common sense rules dictates that TV's/laptops are kept at a reasonable noise level so as to not disturb other housemates. All music should be listened to with headphones/earbuds for the same reason. No smoking ANYTHING on the property. No laundry services available on-site. Laundromat is located across the street. Common areas will be cleaned weekly. Kitchen, living room, bathroom and dining room. I keep to myself but am available if needed. 5 minute walk to CVS, 7-11, Best Market, pizza, chinese, thai, dollar tree, dunkin donuts, liquor store, nail salon, laundromat and bar. 10 minute drive to Northern State/LIE. Close to NUMC, Plainview Hospital, St Josephs Hospital, Winthrop and North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset. LIRR Hicksville station 30 minute walk, 7 minute drive.
