The space is set up for self check in and has a separate entrance from the main home. Amenities include a microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot/pods, sitting porch, washer/dryer, and covered parking. Space includes your own private entrance, 1 bedroom with a full size bed, bathroom, laundry room and sitting porch. Guests have a private covered parking space that leads to the entrance of the rental. There is also a large backyard and sitting porch exclusively for those occupying the room. I am always available by phone or text and am quick to respond. I try to give my guest privacy, so you will never see me unless there’s something you need.
