Our furnished space provides a semi projector living room, mini private kitchen, private bathroom and bedroom for your comfort. A semi projector wall living room space. High quality leather coach with a nice center table placed in the living room, granite kitchen countertops, Free coffee is provided if needed. Guest has full kitchen access. It has a model Fridge & freezer, electric stove. Cooking pots and spoons are provided if needed, Bedroom for guest has a 55" Television, A nice walk-in closet and a study desk inside the bedroom. bathroom has a cozy shower tub. The neighbourhood is peaceful with friendly and helpful people. Guest can park their vehicle on the street. However during the winter guest are welcome to park at the drive way. Vehicle owners responsible for their cars. No case of theft in the neighbourhood as far so good. I'm available to offer help to guest when needed Our neighborhood is very private, neat and quiet environment with friendly and helpful people. -Shared Entrance (main door entrance) with host. -No laundry service. However, they are nice laundry service around such as coborn which is about 4 miles away from home location. Guest towels and bedsheets are washed by host. Please don't take host items out for laundry.
