Hotel-like Private Wing In Our Home - 2 bedrooms

Located in a quiet, newer sub-division called Westridge Estates, our home is spacious, beautiful and a perfect place for you to make your next business trip or vacation more relaxing. Separate living space (*UPSTAIRS*) with well-appointed high-end hotel amenities. Perfect for families or business travelers or anyone! (NOTE: This listing is for 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and lots of extra private spaces/rooms; we also have a listing for 1 bedroom/1 bath plus extra spaces if interested!) THIS LISTING IS FOR 2 FULL BEDROOMS AND 2 FULL BATHROOMS, plus all of the other wonderful, private spaces shown and listed. You can spread out and make yourself at home in the private guest wing located upstairs from our living area, featuring two bedrooms (with closets for your items), and Smart TVs with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, and local stations as well as a kitchenette with mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave and mini oven with double burners. Water and snacks are on us, and we have a nice selection of local wines available for an additional charge. We also have a fully-loaded exercise room for your use. This space is complete with two full bathrooms (one is located in the media/game room). You are always welcome to our laundry room and our full kitchen. There is separate heating and a/c for our guest wing and we keep it at whatever temp you prefer. Also, “Alexa” is there to help answer any questions, offer the weather report, play music, or help with directions. You get high-end accommodations with small-town hospitality! PLEASE NOTE: To enter the Airbnb, you come through our primary entry/living space and your area - bedrooms/baths/kitchenette/TV space/exercise room - is located up two small flights of stairs into a private wing of our 4,000 sq ft home. Guests will be given a unique code to enter our home, and there is a large off-street parking area located next to our garage for your parking use; or, if it's just one car for a couple of days, we invite you to park in front near our front entrance in the roundabout. The entrance to our home is a SHARED front door. The Airbnb wing is up a flight of stairs (shown in the pictures). {We actually use our garage entrance in the back of the house, but the front door is not private to the Airbnb.} *MOTORCYCLISTS - we have a third bay that you can utilize to park your bikes! Cliff and Polly always welcome conversations about our valley's history, what to do here, best food and drink establishments, and anything else you may want to visit about. Polly has been in the valley her entire life and Cliff hails from Canada. Polly has her own nonprofit consulting and leadership coaching business and Cliff is a physical therapist. We are very involved in the LC community and would love to share any insider info with you! Our neighborhood was established within the last decade, with high-end homes, and a close-knit community. There are 4 miles of walking paths and lots of wildlife. We are minutes from everywhere -- the colleges, the hospitals, the restaurants and wineries, and the rivers. Everything is close in our little valley! You are 5 minutes from the hospital, 8 minutes from a wonderful winery, and about 8 minutes (depending on the 5 stop lights you might hit) to downtown Lewiston's Main Street. Also, LCSC is just about 10 minutes away! We also have a small grocery located just a mile from our home that offers all of the essentials. Also, if you are needing a ride to or from the airport, just let us know. We are sometimes able to accommodate your needs. We live in a wonderful, safe area, just minutes from everything! We also have 4 miles of walking trails that begin just across the street from our home. You can also enjoy our beautiful backyard...we have a big garden, an amazing fire pit and sticks ready for a smore's night whenever you desire. There is a hammock always set up, ready for you to use to read a good book. We have a sound system with speakers outside that your ipod can hook into for your listening pleasures! You have access to our full kitchen, washer and dryer, and all technology if you choose to use it. We are the proud parents of two labradoodles and we adore them! Baxter and Coach are hypoallergenic, don’t shed, and love company! Also, if you're not a dog person, no worries - they are totally fine hanging out in our bedroom suite area too! That's where their beds and food are located full-time. If you forget anything at home, just holler! We probably have it and would be happy to share. Finally, if you're celebrating anything special - birthdays, anniversaries, or graduations - I love helping to put together surprises!
