All the amenities of a resort

This is a custom built home on the waterway. It's about a 6 min drive to LBI and a 20 min boat ride to the bay. There are lots of nearby shopping and restaurants , some of the restaurants offer free shuttle rides to and from their businesses I do require a profile picture this way I know it’s the same person that is going to show up The house has an outdoor heated pool with hot tub and outdoor tiki bar .There is comfortable pool side seating with a firepit for you to enjoy on cool nights. The bar has has a refrigerator and ice machine for your use , but we do ask that you please respect things in the refrigerator that belong to others . This rental is for a private room with a queen bed . Guest have access to all the common downstairs area ,den, kitchen ,dining room and laundry area . I do ask that there is no smoking inside the house and no eating in the bedrooms or the den area . The den has white furniture and will stain easily . My name is John I do live in the house but I travel a lot .I’m usually in and out make yourself at home but please treat it like it’s your own Very friendly and quiet neighborhood Close to coffee shop ice cream shop A bait shop bagel shop we even have a pretty much right down the block On Mill Creek Everything is pretty much in walking distance feel free to bring your bikes canoes Paddleboard Or even your boat I am right on the water and I also a boatlift there is a free shuttle to Old CAUSEWAY restaurant and mud city the pool is close for the winter I do rent two private bedrooms in the house ,there are three full bathrooms for your use , one upstairs ,one downstairs and one outdoor so there should not be an issue with an available bathroom .I do travel alot so I may not be present at the house during your stay so I just ask that you treat it like it was your own home . I do require that you have a profile picture and provide a little information about yourself . The picture is to insure for safety reasons that the person that I rent to is the person that shows up .
