Ballantyne’s “Elevate Room” near Elevation Church

I am constantly updating the room with the hope that your stay will be a most comfortable and enjoyable visit. One that you will return to when/if you ever have AirBnb needs in the Charlotte area. My goal is for you to be impressed when you first walk in the door and see your room and most importantly, my hope that your stay is stress free and pleasing enough for you to recommend others to visit. Thank you in advance for giving us a try! The spaces that are available to use are the Shared Space on the first floor (TV room & lounge area) 3rd floor bedroom and bathroom. The second floor is not an area for eating, lounging etc There is a laundry room on the first floor with detergent and all things necessary if you have a need to utilize the washer and or dryer. The washer and dryer are accessible to guest that stay 3 or more days. I am open to conversations to be as informative and helpful as possible for your visit but I certainly respect their privacy. Most guest are here on business and I am only here to assist so any information that I can share that will enhance their experience, I’m willing to help This space is near shops, gyms, grocery stores and numerous eateries and restaurants. Many of them are a short walk away. If you don’t have your vehicle, Uber or Lyft are viable options. The bus line connection is less than 3 miles away at Ballantyne Village. Quite a few restaurants and some grocery stores as well as workout facilities are within walking distance. Elevation church is within walking distance as well. The second floor amenities are off limits for guest use. Other than gaining access between the first and third floor, guests are asked not to use the tv, kitchen etc on the second floor. A fridge, Keurig coffee maker, coffee, water, desk, chair and table tray are all provided for in the Elevation 3rd floor room as well as a bathroom for your use exclusively.
