Approx 1 hour from Tampa & Orlando, 5 from Historic Dade City, 45 minutes to Ocala, attractions, national forests, fresh water rivers & springs, camping, cycling,hiking, fishing, Fla beaches. The unique experience of this home offers are the calm peaceful views of nature from each bedroom, dining area, kitchen & sunroom. There are Wild Turkey, Deer, Sandhill Crane, rabbits, Fox squirrel, grey & red Fox, Owl, Hawk, Quail. Must have a car, bring your bikes, kayaks, camping & fishing gear, for state parks & beautiful hills, horseback riding & hiking, fresh water rivers & springs, antiquing, dining & shopping in charming Historic Dade City. The area is dog friendly with a variety of small, medium & large dogs varying breeds. In a rural area known for its farm land & ranches it’s not uncommon for a farm animals to occasionally escape from its confined area.
