Guest house is in a fenced backyard with privacy, cleanliness, and safety. Equipped  with a T.V, Wifi, a mini fridge with refreshments & some snacks, microwave, & an outdoor grassy hangout venue. The Guest House is all to yourself. The Grassy area just to the east of the building is private, quiet & for you. Hot tub use available for $25 for the entirety of your stay. Inquire for more info Home is located in a family friendly, safe, neighborhood. Close to some great city parks, and a public swimming pool/spray Park in the summer. Walmart is about 1/2 mile away. The Montana Expo Park/Fairgrounds is only about 2 miles away (6 min drive). Preferred parking is on street, just in front of my homes mailbox. If you have a large vehicle, or trailer, please park directly in from of my home
