Gorgeous Retreat - Close to CH/Carrboro/Saxapahaw

Welcome to our cozy craftsman guest suite! Private and peaceful - we're situated on 5 acres close to Carrboro/Chapel Hill (13 mi), UNC Hospitals (15 mi), Elon (20 mi), and the charming Village of Saxapahaw (5 mi). The guest suite is a spacious 500 sq ft with private entrance, full kitchen and bath, bedroom, and living area. With views into the woods and garden, it's a beautiful spot to get away, relax, and enjoy nature. Great for couples and solo travelers alike. Our home is nestled on 5 acres at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. There are views into the woods, yard and garden where you can watch birds, squirrels and possibly spy an occasional deer. Feel free to roam the woods and yard, relax in an Adirondack chair, or sit at the patio table and have some tea. Inside you'll find a peaceful space. The kitchen has an oven and stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, sink, and refrigerator. The living room has a TV with an Amazon Firestick providing YouTube TV (live tv), Netflix, AmazonPrime, etc. There is a table for eating and/or work, and a comfortable sofa - which is also a pull-out sofa suitable for one adult or a child - maybe two! The bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed with lots of pillows and a duvet. The bathroom is spacious with a nice shower and closet space for guests. We hope you enjoy. The suite is attached to the main house - we share a door (which is locked) between the kitchens. There are some things stored in the closets that I ask you to respectfully leave alone, but other than that, the space is yours to enjoy. I am available to welcome and help our guests! We're situated on 5 acres close to Carrboro/Chapel Hill (13 mi), Hillsborough (15 mi), Elon (20 mi), and the charming Village of Saxapahaw (5 mi). It's quiet and peaceful yet only a short drive to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and more! We are rural! You'll need a car to get around. The area is also a favorite of cyclists with many country roads to explore. Please note that the photographer used a wide angle lens to best capture the feel of the suite.
