This newly renovated and private studio on the lower level of our cabin is perfect for weekend fun! Enjoy a separate entrance, outdoor porch, and hammock in a beautiful giant boulder setting. Inside, find new wood flooring, a comfy fold-out futon bed, a kitchen table and chairs with kitchenette, and a spacious bathroom with a big Jacuzzi tub. We're located in quiet Arrowbear Lake, minutes from Arrowhead, Running Springs, and Big Bear. Beautiful hiking trails are just steps from your door! Our space is clean, modern, quiet and full of natural beauty yet near to all of the action the mountains have to offer. You will enjoy the privacy of a separate entrance to the lower level of our 3-story cabin. This is a non-smoking space. You will have an entire level of our cabin to yourself, including a separate entrance. You will also have access to a private small patio. The boulders on our property are there to enjoy, as is the hammock, however you may see us there, too, on occasion. This is a non-smoking space. Also, please do not plan to cook or grill outside the unit; fire danger in this area is extremely high. Please park on the West end of the circular driveway, the end toward the street you came in on, Deep Creek Drive. It's a bit of a hill! Your key will be in a lockbox on the lower level doorknob which can be opened by dialing in your code (which you’ll get 3 days before your stay), and then pushing the door in, which will cause it to pop open. You will need to change the code to close the door. We want you to enjoy your privacy and space but if you need anything, please let us know. Sometimes we will be upstairs having fun in the mountains, too. If we are too noisy please just let us know.! We are located in Arrowbear Lake. You'll see mostly locals around here. It's a nice break from all of the touristy areas, like Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead, although they are both just minutes away. Please check out (Website hidden by Airbnb) for information about shuttles from San Bernardino to the mountain areas, including Running Springs. We mostly use our cars to get around, but there are some local businesses within walking distance and plenty of hikes and walks right from the cabin. Please let us know if you have questions about parking. No smoking, fires, or cooking outside is allowed on this property. Doing so could result in your being asked to leave/rehoused by Airbnb without a refund. Covid-19 Information: We are adhering to CDC and Airbnb guidelines on safety measures and insist that our guests are, too. Your space will be aired, cleaned, and laundered prior to your arrival.
