Price posted is for the one “2room bathroom only”. The two “Master Bedroom suites” share a large walk through double master closet with jewelry case that connects to the 2 room bathroom. There is a private brick floored 15 x 30 ft courtyard with a triangle sunshade, plus a 10 ft umbrella and slate round dining table. There is 1 big charcoal & 1 electric grill plus fully appointed kitchen and laundry area. A pet crate is in King Master BR & host has a Portable Crib mattress in Pack n play if you need for your infant up to toddler child. Inquire please. We use traditional detergents & chlorine bleach on whites or Oxiclean on colors. Feel free to bring your own detergents, shampoos, cleaners but we provide normal used supplies with a smile! We provide Suave shampoos/conditioners & Dove & Coast soaps, as well as Suave body wash & Irish Spring men’s body wash. Guests are always welcome to bring their own toiletries & their own bed linens! Mattress covers we also provide on every non waterproof mattress. We have also disposable bed pads guests can request. The AirBnB Duplex was also added in the early 70s. Duplex interior renos in last 2 years up until last month! New carpet & pad in Queen Master BR! Duplex freshly painted walls within past year. No smoking allowed indoors! Whole duplex separated/privacy locked and chain locks, private courtyard entry, private parking. Room for RVs, boats, tents, etc. Quiet one lane neighborhood street convenient to beach day trips, rivers, country biking roads, forests, and coastal plain area of NC towns. Great work base or vacation choice. One lane tiny rural street. About 20 houses total in neighborhood. Village of Cove City less than 300 residents. There’s town city park for kids (playground), baseball area, Fire Dept and EMT, publix library, and a town hall. Quaint. Location convenient to many larger towns like New Bern, Trenton, Kinston, Greenville, Little Washington, Oriental, Swansboro, Jacksonville, Goldsboro, Vanceboro, Bouge Inlet Fishing Pier, Emerald Isle...
