This lush, three-and-a-half-acre property includes two separate homes that sit a few miles west of downtown Ocean City and north of Assateague State Park. The 5,000-square-foot Brooklyn Estate offers five bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, and a sixth bedroom in the pool house that is detached from the home. The bathroom in the pool house is seasonal, but the bedroom can be occupied year-round. The 1930s-era Brooklyn Cottage has three bedrooms and one-and-a-half baths. Your vacation begins at the main house, where a beautifully manicured lawn welcomes you home.
