Parisi Retreat 1 - Beautiful and newly renovated

Parisi Retreat 1 is nestled right under the Blue Ridge Parkway. It is newly renovated and has many rentable options. This listing can sleep 6-8 people and encompasses the top two floors of the house. If you need more space or less space, look at Parisi Retreat 2(mini-house), which sleeps 2 adults and 1 child This property is very close to the Blue Ridge Mountains and two colleges. Both properties are newly renovated and have pool access. Lots of yard space for kids to play. This contemporary A-Frame is beautifully appointed and comfortable! it has huge wrap-around decks and lots of outdoor space. Parisi Retreat 1 is a private A-frame with access to the top two floors of the house, which includes 2 private bedrooms, one-semi private sleeping area and one open sleeping area. The baths(2 full baths and 1 half bath) are available for your personal use. A full kitchen, equipped with every appliance and utensil needed to cook and enjoy great meals. The pool is great for hot Summer days and would be shared by the full-time tenant living on the bottom floor and a possible short-term renter staying at Parisi Retreat 2. It is possible during your stay that I may be in Parisi Retreat 2, but I will not bother you during your stay. I will be available if you have any questions, however. If I am not in Parisi Retreat 2, I will still be available via text, phone, or email and will respond to your questions and communications prior to your arrival and, of course, during your stay if you cannot get in touch with my Manager, Jennifer. Her number will be supplied to you for use during your stay. The neighborhood for Parisi Retreat 1 is mostly residential and very quiet. It is within walking distance of the small town of Hudson, NC and within seconds of the main thoroughfare of Hwy. 321. Parisi Retreat 1 has ample parking for all guests. Parisi 1 is not suitable for young guests as we have several breakable items and prefer that you not move items from their designated areas. That being said, we request that people with children under 10 do not book. Please accept our apologies for this condition.
