This room is for extended stay guests only. The bathroom is shared only if the other bedroom is also rented out. The house is quiet, no cats allowed, most dogs are welcome if they are trained. Eat-in kitchen, living room, dining room, family room with PS4, TV's and general use PC & printer available to all guests. WiFi & games available. 3 decks outside with tables & chairs. Above ground pool open May-Sept. Large house. Well behaved dogs are loved here. Large back yard. Always available by text. Communication is key! GGC, UGA & Mall of GA all close by. I do laundry 1-2 times per week, I'll give you heads up when to bring your laundry down and pick back up from laundry room. No one uses my machines but me.
