Welcome to 13 Killarney Lane. Completely updated, open concept 4 season cottage on Calabogie Lake, 1 minute from Calabogie Peaks Resort. Perfect for a weekend or a week long getaway to enjoy the many activities that the Calabogie area has to offer. 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Relax and enjoy the lakeview from the open concept new kitchen with bamboo counters, formal dining area, and large family room with vaulted ceilings. The massive windows provide ample natural light to enjoy family time around the wood stove. Guests can rely on the warmth and coziness of the wood stove as well as the convenience of the propane stove in the dining area. Linens are provided for all beds including 1 queen, 1 double, a single bunk bed, plus 2 pullout couches. Laundry facilities on site. For small children we have a high chair and playpen. Outside feel free to enjoy over an acre of play space including a babbling brook, and hundreds of feet of Calabogie lake water frontage. A paddle boat and canoe are included for fun. A few life jackets are also available. For bad weather days we have a smart tv with a DVD player. The Calabogie area has an abundance of nature and many outdoor activities available only 105km from Ottawa.
