Restaurants, bars, shopping, the lakefront and marina, charter fishing, beaches, festivals, winery, brewery, beer garden, etc. are just a few of the things available to you in this quaint town which has been called the Cape Cod of the Midwest. Enjoy the entire lower level of this lovingly restored two-family home. Close driving distance to other historic areas like Cedarburg. One bedroom lower flat. Cozy and convenient. Walk to all the downtown amenities. The entirety of the lower level is yours to enjoy during your stay. You are welcome to use the enclosed sitting porch with some limited lake views. Use of the basement laundry is available too, with access from inside the flat or via the exterior door. One off-street parking space is yours to use. Addition off-street parking can be found across the street. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. If you are staying over winter when there is snow concerns, we will provide shovels to clear the short walk to the parking space and the driveway. This is a neat downtown location tucked into a bluff that is heavily wooded, and frequented by deer and other wildlife. At the same time you are just steps away from restaurants, bars, shopping, the lakefront, marina, and all the amenities available in downtown Port Washington. There is a county taxi service and Uber if you need. Most everything is walking distance away. Ask me about off-street parking options if you have more than one car. Year round tenant in the upstairs unit. Long term guests: garbage/recycling bins are shared between the units. Bins should be placed out on the curb at least three feet apart on Thursday nights to be picked up Friday. Recycling bin(yellow top) only gets picked up every other week. Watch for when neighbors have it out to figure out which week to set it out. Please replaces bins at the front of the driveway by the planter if space allows.
