All new medium firm memory foam mattress in queen room 3, new soft memory foam mattress in queen room 2 and medium firm memory foam mattress in twin room. Check yourself in with a code at the front door that you receive prior to your arrival. Living room with smart TV, three seat bar and an office area. Dishwasher and refrigerator also available. The entire house which includes the 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, dining room, and front patio. No access to back yard, garage, or 4th room. 4th room is a separate listing with back yard and does not have access to the rest of the house. Other guests or host shares the walls, please be courteous and observe house rules. Two cats are also present in the 4th room along with video surveillance.
