#3 🏡 Home away from home in the suburbs of Boston

This is a walk in basement room one of the 4 guest rooms with an entrance way to the room which has a folding accordion door with lock that connects to another shared room on the same level w/laundry area and 1/2 bath and stairway to main part of house. The room is clean has plenty of space for clothes, queen bed,a desk access to a fridge,microwave next to the room .The room has a room divider shade that separates the sleeping area from entrance way with a folding accordion door. This is one of the four rooms that we rent to guests , it has a room divider shade to separate the room from the walk-in entrance. It has access to a separate fridge and microwave . We make sure that any of our guests have a parking space if needed. Use of a bicycle if interested. The backyard and patio in any of the common areas in our home. We are a very warm and welcoming home. We would love to socialize and talk with any of Our guests providing they show interest in doing so at the same time we are more than happy to let our guest be left alone we’ve always had very good sense to what anyone that stays with us would like. We are very easy-going We live in a very safe area a nice residential neighborhood . It is walking directions to W. Newton Square… Where you will find restaurants a small movie theater thanks the courthouse, police station, Cvs doctors and dentist offices and of course a couple of cafés in Dunkin’ Donuts Starbucks is about 1.7 miles away. We are close access to any major routes We are about a seven minute walk to public transportation ... The bus line which goes into nearby towns and into Boston. We are approximately maybe 7/10 of a mile to the commuter rail and other bus stops. We are very close to the mass turnpike, Route 30, Route 95 and 128 we are about 20 minutes to Boston and Logan airport depending on traffic. We also have a couple of bicycles that we have available for anybody to use if they wish. We are very welcoming and are here to help if you are in need of anything any questions or assistance with getting around or whatever it might be :-)
