Private Entrance Old Town Manassas Basement Suite

Newly finished private basement suite with over 1300 sqft of living space! 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, with separate living room, dining area, and kitchen. The apartment is accessed via a private back entrance with combo lock so you can come and go as you please. You can arrive late, leave early. No problem. We respect your privacy. More than just a place to sleep in...we provide you all the amenities and comfort you deserve on your travel, for business or vacation. The bedrooms are legal bedrooms with full-sized windows and large closets to store all of your belongings. Each bedroom has a queen bed each, and another queen air mattress is also available. The spacious basement can accommodate big families or large groups. If you need baby supplies, we have pack-and-play with bassinet, and some toys/books available for use, though these need to be reserved in advance at booking. The kitchenette provides everything you need during your stay with new stainless steel, full-sized appliances: large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and sink. There is no stove, but we provide a table-top convection oven and electric griddle - perfect for making breakfast! Guests have access to the kitchen to make their own breakfast. We provide complimentary breakfast supplies and snacks such as cereal, pancake mix, water, and soda. There are dishes, utentils in the cabinets and a drying rack for you to place the clean dishes after you wash them. We provide dishwashing liquid and sponge. The private full bathroom contains all the amenities you'd expect: towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. We respect your privacy so we try to keep everything self running. If there's anything you need to make your stay more comfortable, please let us know! Residential neighborhood with Giant foods and Walgreens within walking distance. Excellent location just a short ride away from Dulles Airport and Washington, DC. It's 5 minutes from Old Town Manassas and Manassas Amtrak, and 10 minutes from VRE station. 30 minutes from Vienna metro. We have residents upstairs so please keep noise levels respectful.
