This home is situated in one of Utica's most desirable residential neighborhoods; South Utica. Conveniently located just 6-minutes from the renowned Adirondack Bank Center at the Utica Memorial Auditorium, Utica's Brewery District and Munson Williams Proctor Arts Institute. It is a short 16-minute drive from Hamilton College, 5-Minutes from Utica College, and 7-Minutes from the Utica Zoo. The Syracuse Airport is just a 55-mile drive and 94-mile drive from Albany Airport. Our beautiful modern style apartment has been completely remodeled within the past year and can accommodate up to 5 guests. This home features an electronic smart lock that allows for flexible check-in/check-out. Free Wifi is available for guests to use. Enjoy Ultra HD movies and videos with our 65" Smart TV perched atop our toasty electric fireplace located in the Living Room. In addition to the TV, we have a Sony Playstation 4 hooked up with 2 controllers and a variety of games for the whole family to enjoy as well as free access to Netflix. Our cozy kitchen is fully stocked with your everyday essentials including stainless steel appliances, silverware, dishware, pots and pans, and glasses. We have also included a few specialties such as our top of the line Ninja Blender and Keurig Supreme Plus coffee maker. The space is approximately 1000 square feet and has 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. Bedroom 1: - 1 Queen Sized Bed Bedroom 2: - 1 Full Bed - 1 Twin Bed - Queen Sized Air Mattress Available (This is a bunk bed which can be separated before stay at Guests request) Living Room: - Futon The entire first-floor apartment of the two-family home is reserved for guests. It is completely private, nobody else has access to the first-floor apartment during your stay. I am available to assist guests at most times of the day until 10 PM with any questions or concerns as I live locally. The best way to contact me is through the Airbnb App or by text. This home is in a quiet South Utica neighborhood on a fairly busy street that is minutes away from many fast food places, grocery stores, restaurants, and hospitals. Great location, wedged in between Downtown Utica and New Hartford. Bus stops are available nearby. Many restaurants and stores are within walking distance as well as Saint Elizabeth's Hospital. Ride-Sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are also available as an option by downloading their app on the iPhone or Andriod app stores. Generally speaking, these are much cheaper and efficient than taxies. Laundry room access is granted upon request for stays of atleast 5 nights.
