Exquisit lake front house on a private island

Have you ever vacationed on a private island? Here’s your opportunity! This gorgeous lake front house built in 1928 offers over 3,000 sqft with 6 bedrooms and a large living room overlooking Lake Hopatcong. Less than 1 hour from New York City, you park your car at a marina, get to the island by boat, and instantly feel hours away from the city. With gorgeous views and a peaceful atmosphere, you can lounge around the house, enjoy a walk around the island, or explore the lake. This private island is accessible only by boat. You will have an experience you most likely never had. The view of the lake, the walk on the woods that is your backyard. No other rentals can offer that very unique experience less than 1 hour from New York City. A couple of family is more than welcome with those 6 bedrooms (2 on the first floor, 4 on the second floor). Guests can enjoy the full house. The only thing is to keep in mind that the house is accessible only and only by boat. Boat rentals are available and we can refer to a couple if needed Before any request will be accepted, we will ask to see an Government Issued ID for each guest staying and a FaceTime. This house will not be rented out to any group planning on partying All activities and restaurants from Lake Hopatcong, the largest lake in New Jersey, are accessible by boat. We will provide 2 parking spaces in a private marina, 5 minutes by boat from the house. To get to the house, guests need to either have their own boat on the lake, or to find boat rental on the lake (we can provide referrals)
