Host your wedding rehearsal dinner here and set up home base for the weekend. For a dialed down night, hang out by the fire with friends. Our home is a unique industrial style with simple modern fixtures and plenty of room to entertain. Great for small gatherings or for the bride and groom to settle in at the end of their long wedding night. Home is spacious with 22 foot ceilings and some especially grand garage doors that open up to the backyard for indoor/outdoor parties. Keyless entry pad and code will be sent to you prior to your stay. We will be glad to check you in and show you around the place but it's not necessary. Feel free to visit if you see us outside but we will be sure not to intrude. Quiet historic neighborhood with great neighbors. Walkable to downtown Van Alstyne for a slice of pizza, or to check out the local food truck scene or a little shopping at the boutique shops. The new VA splash pad will be 2 blocks from the property and should be completed in Spring of 2022. Going into downtown Van Alstyne? Its a quick 5 minute walk. 15 minute drive to Sherman and 15 minutes to Mckinney for a night out. 35 minutes from Frisco and all of the great restaurants at North Plano (Legacy). Master bedroom and bunkroom are located downstairs for easy access for older adults.
